NexiraAI ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect information when you use the NexiraAI mobile application and related services.

By using NexiraAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Content: Photos, Images, Videos, and Prompts

NexiraAI allows users to upload, capture, or provide photos, images, videos, text prompts, and related creative inputs to generate AI-enhanced images or videos. Uploaded photos and videos may contain faces or other personal information visible in the media.

User content is processed on your device or on our own servers only. We do not send your photos, images containing faces, videos, prompts, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service.

1.2 Face Data

When you use AI image, AI video, image-to-image, template generation, or similar visual creation features, NexiraAI may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

• What we collect: We collect images or videos you upload or capture that may contain your face or the face of others, solely for the purpose of providing the AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-image creation, and template-based visual effects you request.
• How we use it: Face data is used exclusively to perform the requested AI features. We do not use face data for identification, biometric recognition, profiling, authentication, advertising targeting, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
• Disclosure and sharing: We do not share or disclose face data with any third parties. Face data is processed only on your device or on our own servers under our direct control.
• Storage: Face data, as part of uploaded images or videos, is stored only on our own servers when necessary for processing the requested feature. It is not stored on or transmitted to third-party AI providers.
• Retention: Face data is processed temporarily. When processed on our servers, it is automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 4, 6, 7, and 8 of this Privacy Policy.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, bundle identifier, network status, crash diagnostics, and technical logs. This information helps us operate the app, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and improve performance.

1.4 Account, Purchase, and Subscription Information

NexiraAI may use anonymous app identifiers, Apple StoreKit transaction information, subscription status, credit balance, and purchase verification data to provide subscriptions, credits, purchase restoration, and entitlement management. Payment information is processed by Apple, and we do not receive your full payment card details.

1.5 Analytics and Advertising Identifiers

With your permission where required by Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework, NexiraAI may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) to measure advertising performance, attribution, and campaign effectiveness. We may also collect limited analytics events and crash data to improve app functionality, stability, and user experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide AI-powered image and video generation features requested by you.
• To process user-uploaded photos, images, videos, prompts, and related inputs to create requested results.
• To manage credits, subscriptions, purchase verification, and restore purchase functionality.
• To improve app performance, reliability, security, and user experience.
• To provide customer support, handle feedback, and respond to deletion or privacy requests.
• To measure advertising performance and attribution, only where permitted by applicable law and platform requirements.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues.

3. AI Image and Video Processing

User content is used solely to generate the AI results you request. NexiraAI does not use uploaded photos, videos, face data, or prompts to identify users, perform biometric recognition, build user profiles, or train third-party AI systems.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your content, including photos, images containing faces, videos, prompts, face data, or generated results, with any third-party AI service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, advertising attribution, purchase verification, customer support, or infrastructure. These providers may process limited technical, analytics, purchase, or attribution information only as needed to support the app. We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers.
• Apple services: Apple may process subscription, in-app purchase, payment, refund, and App Store account information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
• Safety and security: We may disclose limited information where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, us, or others.
• Business transfer: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy protections.

5. Third-Party Services

NexiraAI does not use any third-party AI services. No user data, including photos, images containing faces, videos, face data, prompts, or generated content, is sent to external AI providers.

NexiraAI may use limited third-party services, such as Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions, Facebook SDK or similar services for analytics or advertising attribution, and server infrastructure providers for hosting and technical operations. These services do not receive or process user photos, videos, prompts, or facial data used for AI generation.

Third-party service providers are permitted to process information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and only where they provide appropriate confidentiality, security, and privacy protections.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, transport security, operational monitoring, and limiting access to information based on business need.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

7. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 12. You may also request deletion of uploaded content, generated content, and face data associated with your use of NexiraAI.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We may need limited information from you to verify the request and identify the relevant data.

You can change AppTrackingTransparency and advertising identifier permissions at any time in your device settings. You may also manage subscriptions and purchases through your Apple ID settings.

8. Data Retention

User-uploaded photos, images, videos, prompts, and generated media are processed temporarily to create requested AI results. This content is not permanently stored for AI processing purposes.

Face data and media content: Images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. Users may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We may retain minimal technical logs, purchase records, subscription entitlement records, credit transaction records, fraud-prevention records, support communications, and analytics information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

9. User Consent

By choosing to upload photos, images, videos, prompts, or other content, you consent to the processing of that content for generating AI-powered results within NexiraAI. If you upload or submit content that includes another person's face or personal information, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

10. Children's Privacy

NexiraAI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of NexiraAI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
