Aiventra ("Aiventra", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Aiventra mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through Aiventra, including user-uploaded photos, videos, text prompts, device information, purchase information, analytics events, feedback, and technical service data. It does not apply to websites, services, or products that we do not own or control.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account, Session, and App Service Information

We may create or receive anonymous account identifiers, session tokens, user IDs, subscription status, credit balance, app version, build version, app bundle identifier, and related service information so that the App can authenticate requests, provide purchased features, maintain credits, restore purchases, and keep the service stable.

2.2 User Content, Photos, Videos, and Prompts

The App allows you to upload, capture, or select photos and videos, enter text prompts, and provide other creative inputs to generate AI-enhanced images or videos. Uploaded photos and videos may contain faces or other personal information. User content is processed on your device or on our own servers using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. We do not send your photos, videos, prompts, face data, or generated results to any third-party AI service.

2.3 Face Data

When you use AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-image generation, image-to-video generation, or video face swap features, the App may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

• What we collect: Images or videos you upload, capture, or select that may contain your face or the face of others are collected solely for the purpose of providing the AI features you request.
• How we use it: Face data is used exclusively to perform the requested AI image, AI video, image-to-image, image-to-video, or video face swap features. We do not use face data for identification, profiling, facial recognition, biometric verification, advertising targeting, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
• Disclosure and sharing: We do not sell face data, share it with data brokers, or disclose it to third-party AI providers. Face data is processed only on your device or on infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team.
• Storage: Face data, as part of uploaded images or videos, is stored only on our own servers when necessary to process your requested feature. It is not stored on or transmitted to third-party AI platforms or external AI providers.
• Retention: Face data is processed temporarily. When processed on our servers, it is automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion. We do not retain face data for longer than necessary. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 of this Privacy Policy.

2.4 Device, Technical, and Diagnostic Information

We may collect limited device and technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, build version, bundle identifier, device storage capacity, network status, crash information, performance data, log data, IP address, and similar technical information. This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

2.5 Purchase and Subscription Information

If you purchase subscriptions or credits, Apple processes your payment information. We may receive transaction identifiers, product identifiers, receipt or transaction verification data, subscription status, expiration information, and purchase history information needed to verify purchases, provide entitlements, restore purchases, and prevent fraud.

2.6 Analytics, Advertising Identifier, and Attribution Data

With your permission where required, the App may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework. We may use analytics, advertising attribution, and performance measurement data to understand app usage, measure advertising performance, prevent abuse, and improve the App. You can choose whether to allow tracking when the system permission prompt is displayed.

2.7 Feedback and Support Information

If you contact us or submit feedback in the App, we may collect the content of your message, submission time, user ID, app version, and related technical information needed to respond to your request and improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide AI-powered image and video generation features requested by you.
• To process user-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and other content to create requested results.
• To authenticate sessions, maintain credit balances, verify purchases, provide subscriptions, and restore purchases.
• To provide customer support, receive feedback, and respond to deletion or privacy requests.
• To improve app performance, reliability, safety, and user experience.
• To measure advertising performance and attribution with your permission where required.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, technical issues, security incidents, or illegal activity.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

4. AI Image and Video Processing

User content is used solely to generate the AI result you requested. The App does not perform biometric identification, facial recognition, identity verification, or profile building based on face data. We do not use OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Volcengine, Replicate, or any other third-party AI provider to process user-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, face data, or generated results.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your content, including photos, videos, images containing faces, face data, prompts, generated results, or other creative inputs, with any third-party AI service.

5.1 Third-Party Services

Aiventra does not use any third-party AI services. No user data, including photos, videos, face data, prompts, generated results, or other creative inputs, is sent to external AI providers. Limited third-party services may be used for non-AI purposes such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, advertising attribution, purchase verification, and customer support, as described below. These non-AI providers do not receive user-uploaded content for AI model inference.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We may use service providers for cloud hosting, backend infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, advertising attribution, customer support, and purchase verification. These providers may process limited technical, diagnostic, transaction, or attribution data only to provide services to us. We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers.
• Apple services: Apple may process payment, subscription, App Store, StoreKit, AppTrackingTransparency, and device permission information according to Apple's own policies.
• Advertising and analytics partners: If permitted by you and applicable law, limited advertising identifiers, attribution events, and analytics data may be processed by advertising or analytics services. These services do not receive user photos, videos, prompts, generated results, or face data used for AI generation.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, safety, security, or integrity of users, the App, or others.
• Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate privacy protections.

6. Data Retention

User-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, generated results, and related processing data are kept only for the time needed to provide the requested feature, maintain service reliability, resolve errors, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Face data and media content: Images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. Users may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Generated results and task history may remain available in the App for your convenience unless you delete them or request deletion. Technical logs, analytics events, purchase verification records, security logs, and fraud prevention records may be retained for a longer period where necessary for service operation, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

7. Your Choices, Access, and Deletion Rights

You may choose not to upload photos, videos, or prompts. Some AI features may not work without the content needed to perform the requested generation.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of the App by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 13. To protect your account and privacy, we may need to verify your request before taking action.

Deletion requests, including requests to delete user-uploaded photos, videos, generated results, and face data, will be processed within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, purchase verification, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

You may manage AppTrackingTransparency permission and advertising identifier access in your device settings. You may manage photo library permissions in your device privacy settings.

8. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising Identifier

The App uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework to request permission before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) where required. If you grant permission, the advertising identifier may be used for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, and improving advertising relevance. If you deny permission, the App will not access the IDFA for tracking purposes.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, secure transmission, server-side protections, limited retention, and operational safeguards.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries or regions other than where you live. When information is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you accept the updated policy.
