Snaplora ("Snaplora", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, store, retain, and protect information when you use our mobile application, websites, servers, and related services.
By using Snaplora, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account, Device, and Technical Information
We may collect limited account, device, and technical information, including an anonymous user identifier, app version, build version, bundle identifier, device model, operating system version, locale, time zone, screen information, network status, crash or diagnostic information, and server request metadata. We use this information to operate the app, provide account continuity, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance.
1.2 User Content (Photos, Videos, Prompts, and Generated Results)
Snaplora allows you to upload, select, or provide photos, images, videos, text prompts, and template choices to create AI-generated images or videos. Uploaded photos, images, and videos may contain faces or other personal information. User content is processed only for the purpose of providing the AI features you request, such as AI image generation, AI video generation, image-to-video generation, image-to-image generation, and creative template effects.
We do not use your uploaded photos, images, videos, prompts, or generated results to identify you, profile you, or make decisions about you. We do not sell your user content.
1.3 Face Data
When you use AI image, AI video, image-to-video, image-to-image, face-related template, or similar creative generation features, Snaplora may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:
- What we collect: We collect images or videos that you upload, select, or provide and that may contain your face or the face of others, solely for the purpose of providing the AI generation feature you request.
- How we use it: Face data is used exclusively to perform the requested AI image, AI video, image-to-video, image-to-image, or creative template feature. We do not use face data for biometric identification, facial recognition, identity verification, profiling, advertising targeting, or any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.
- Disclosure and sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share face data for advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking. Face data may be disclosed only to our own servers and to contracted service providers that process data on our behalf solely to provide the requested AI generation feature, hosting, storage, security, or technical support.
- Third-party AI processing: If a requested feature requires AI model infrastructure operated by a third-party AI processing provider, images, videos, prompts, and facial information contained in that content may be sent to that provider only after you choose the feature, provide the content, and tap the generation action. Such providers are permitted to process the content only to deliver the requested result and must provide privacy and security protections at least equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy.
- Storage: Face data, as part of uploaded images or videos, is stored temporarily on our own servers or on storage infrastructure controlled by our service providers when necessary for upload, processing, task history, result delivery, security, or troubleshooting. Face data is not stored for biometric identification or facial recognition.
- Retention: Face data is processed temporarily. When processed on our servers or service-provider infrastructure, uploaded images and videos containing face data are automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 6, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of this Privacy Policy.
1.4 Photo Library Access
Snaplora may request access to your photo library so you can choose images or save generated AI images or videos. We access only the items you select or save, subject to the permissions you grant through iOS. You can change photo permissions in your device settings.
1.5 Purchases, Subscriptions, and Credits
Snaplora offers subscriptions and credit purchases through Apple in-app purchase. We may collect product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, purchase verification data, credit balance information, and related records needed to deliver paid features, verify purchases, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support. Payment processing is handled by Apple, and we do not receive your full payment card information.
1.6 Analytics, Advertising Identifier, and Attribution
With your permission where required by Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework, Snaplora may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for advertising attribution, campaign measurement, and advertising performance analysis. We may also collect app event data, such as app activation, registration, subscription events, purchase events, feature usage, and diagnostic events. You can choose whether to allow tracking when the iOS permission prompt is displayed, and you can change your tracking preferences in iOS Settings.

Third-party AI disclosure: Depending on the feature you request, Snaplora may use third-party AI processing providers, including AI model infrastructure providers used by our backend, to process uploaded photos, videos, prompts, metadata, and generated outputs solely for the purpose of creating the result you requested.
We obtain your permission for this processing through your deliberate action: selecting a feature, uploading or choosing content, entering prompts where applicable, and tapping the generation button. We do not send user content for AI processing unless you initiate a generation request.
Third-party AI processing providers are required to process your content only on our instructions, protect it using appropriate technical and organizational measures, and provide privacy protections at least equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy. These providers do not receive user photos, videos, prompts, generated results, or face data used for AI generation.
- Apple and StoreKit: Purchase and subscription information is processed through Apple in-app purchase and StoreKit for payment, subscription, and purchase verification.
- Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate privacy protections.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
- User uploaded photos, videos, and prompts: Uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and other user content are processed temporarily to create requested results and are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion unless a shorter deletion period is requested by the user or a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
- Face data and media content: Images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers and service-provider infrastructure within 7 days after processing completion. Users may request deletion at any time as described in Section 6, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.
- Generated results and task history: Generated output URLs, task status, credit usage, and task history may be retained while needed to display your history, deliver results, support account features, or troubleshoot service issues. You may request deletion of this information.

Please include the app name, your user identifier if available, and a description of the data you want deleted. We will process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or we need additional information to verify or complete the request.
You can manage photo library permissions and tracking permissions in iOS Settings. You can restore purchases through Apple in-app purchase tools. You can delete locally stored generated files from your device at any time.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, secure transport, limited retention, server-side protections, and provider safeguards.
